Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Fresh Marketing LLC ("we"), which runs MasterClip. By creating an account or using MasterClip you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What MasterClip does

MasterClip turns long videos you upload or link into short clips. It transcribes the audio, uses AI to pick moments, frames whoever is speaking, and can add captions. AI picks and transcripts can be wrong; review every clip before you publish it.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• Give us accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per free account. Creating extra accounts to get more free minutes is not allowed.

3. Your videos and rights

• You may only submit videos you own or have permission to use, including permission to download them from the site where they are posted and to make clips from them. You are responsible for that permission.
• You keep ownership of your videos and the clips made from them. You give us a limited license to store, copy and process them only to run the service for you.
• Don't submit content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, sexualizes minors, harasses people, or that you are not allowed to share.
• We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Copyright complaints

If you believe content processed by MasterClip infringes your copyright, email freshmarketingofficial@proton.me with the work, where it appears, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Plans, credits and billing

• One credit processes one minute of video (or of the time range you choose). Credits are taken when you submit a video.
• If a video fails to process, its credits go back to your account automatically.
• Credits expire: monthly plan credits 60 days after they are granted, annual plan credits and top-up credits after 12 months, free monthly credits after 60 days, the welcome credits a new account gets after 90 days, and credits returned for a failed video after 90 days.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• When a paid plan ends, because you cancelled or because a payment kept failing, your account moves to the Free plan. The videos and clips in it are deleted 3 days after the plan ends. Download anything you want to keep before then.
• Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Free plan limits

Clips made on the Free plan carry a small watermark. On the Free plan each video and its clips are deleted 3 days after you submit the video. Download anything you want to keep.

7. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep MasterClip running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, slow, or change. We may add, change or remove features.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which deletes your videos and clips. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
